I know a lot of these votes were before the new meta settled in, but Min Min definitely does not win this matchup. BassMage thinks it is a solid +2 Jigglypuff favour and every Min Min under the sun considers this matchup losing like Pink Fresh, Min Main, Peckham, Justice and Dabuz (he doesn't use the character anymore, but said he played BassMage and it felt terrible). Even as a Jigglypuff main myself, this matchup feels really free.

It mainly comes down to how Jigglypuff's game plan works. Because it spends a lot of time jumping around in areas Min Min cannot cover, it is really hard for Min Min to hit it. Its aerials also linger forever and clank with any of Min Min's arms whether it be Ram Ram, Megawatt or Dragon. Unfortunately for Min Min, Jigglypuff's sour aerials also are combo starters and as soon as it gets one hit, it can combo into either a dair, grab or dash attack. These moves either give Min Min a ton of percent or toss her offstage. Min Min also does not have boxing options safe on shield, further incentivizing her to play a zoning game which is not optimal for her. Offstage is pretty much a death sentence for Min Min. Jigglypuff can cover any angle Min Min tries to recover and can just nair any arm she throws out to dismay it from getting deeper for an edgeguard.

Min Min does have positives in the MU. She can platform camp Jigglypuff well if she has the lead, can cover a lot of options if Jigglypuff is in disadvantage (up b, arms to catch Jigglypuff going to the side, dash attacks or grab for catching landings) and has up smash oos which can punish a lot of Jigglypuff's badly spaced aerial pressure, but overall, it is such an uphill battle for Min Min that none of it really matters. Neutral is a blow and Jigglypuff reward off a hit is so high that it does not matter most of the time if Min Min plays perfect.

I vote 6/4.
