Lucas wins this MU similar to Ness.

Lucas is faster than Ryu and can pressure with zair and Ryu has trouble against zair, unlike Ness pk fire, fair and uair are not multi hits moves so it won't beat focus attack the latter won't juggle Ryu easily, however Ness's dair and nair are multi hits unlike Ness so it can beat focus attack. Lucas can absorb hadoken, Ryu doesn't have the range to wall out Lucas and pk freeze is more dangerous than in Smash 4.
