I could never understand how the matchup was even in Melee even though Jigglypuff was 6 spots ahead of Dr. Mario in North America and ahead of him by 7 spots in Europe. I still disdain Jigglypuff personally, but Dr. Mario hasn't fared well either as March is coming to a close. Dr. Mario gets the close advantage.
