Definitely agree that this is one of Ganondorf's best matchups. However, I think it's still 6:4 in favor of Dr. Mario.. Maybe 5.5:4.5, but definitely not even 5:5 and it definitely doesn't favor Ganondorf.
Dr. Mario can also gimp Ganondorf pretty easily, just thought that needed to be put out there.

Possibly Ganondorf's best matchup.
Both Dr. Mario and Ganondorf have powerful moves slow mobility and poor recovery while the former has faster frame data and the latter is more powerful.
While Doc has megavitamins and can combo him well, Ganon outranges the rest of his moves, if Ganondorf can get Dr. Mario off stage nair destroy's his recovery, and it outranges his aerials. Dr. Mario cannot punish easily due to his slow mobility, Ganondorf's power gives him the advantage and Dr. Mario's short range doesn't help, has no counter ,only 1 projectile and is slow and has a bad recovery. But Dr. Mario's better frame data makes this even at best.
