This is as one-sided as one-sided gets. Captain Falcon is the 2nd fastest character in the series. Ganondorf is one of the slowest in the series. Captain Falcon has been High tier at best excluding Brawl where he was the 6th worst in the game. Ganondorf has been unviable since Melee and is guaranteed a Bottom tier all the time. Ganondorf has more power and range while the captain is a lot faster and racks up more damage from combos than Ganon. 7 to 3, Captain Falcon wins.

I don't know why some people think Ganon beats Falcon. Sure, Ganon has more raw power and is heavier, but the more important factors include speed and comboing. Falcon's frame data, punishes, and hitboxes are much more reliable than Ganon's.
