Bowser's tough guy armor and ridiculously early kill potential on Pichu at low percents makes this one in favor of Bowser, if just slightly. Sure, Pichu combos the heck outta Bowser, but Bowser's weight works in his favor as a careful Bowser can easily navigate what kill moves Pichu would need to throw out. Bowser 6-4
