Needle Storm doesn't assist Sheik as much because of Reflector, and because of Blaster, Wolf has an advantage against Sheik in the neutral. His KO prowess is generally better than Sheik's as well. As Wolf is a fast-faller, however, he is very vulnerable to Sheik's forward tilt lock (especially starting at middle percentages) and also has a recovery that Sheik can exploit very sufficiently. Because of this, Sheik's disadvantage in KOing Wolf is overruled, and it makes the neutral far less frustrating for her.
