Ice Climbers vs. Peach Super Smash Bros. Brawl tiers, match-up votes and discussion

Peach's floatiness allows her to avoid the Ice Climbers' chain grab for extended periods of time, with their short height also making them easily comboed by Peach's floating down air. Because of how low she can go to the ground without entering the Ice Climbers' grab range, it thus becomes easy for her to separate the Ice Climbers and keep them separated, compounded even further by how the Ice Climbers are generally easier to separate here than they are in Melee. Compared to that game, though, the Ice Climbers do have enough to hold their own against Peach, namely a better up air that they can use if Peach floats too high, and better punishment options if Peach lands on stage rather than a ledge to replenish her float. But from the fact that they don't have good grab setups on Peach, and how Peach can easily attack them in her comfort zone without getting grabbed, this comes down to a matchup some Ice Climbers mains will say is harder than Meta Knight.
