Camping against Cloud isn't really the best strategy, as Cloud can camp back with Blade Beam (and Olimar doesn't have an absorber/reflector). Rather, Olimar has a scary combo game against Cloud; from one throw Olimar can give around 70% damage max to Cloud. Olimar also edgeguards Cloud easily with his aerials, especially dair (although if Olimar is offstage, he should be aware of Cloud's dair). This is especially problematic considering Cloud's fast falling speed. To Cloud's advantage, his versatile damage output allows him to slaughter Pikmin, and as Olimar is lightweight and is a slowfaller, he can respectively KO Olimar really early (which is also important as Olimar can't KO as good as in Brawl) and juggle Olimar. I'd say it's Cloud 46/Olimar 54, which isn't enough to put as C4/O6. It's better for Olimar on flat stages like FD and Lylat Cruise, and better for Cloud on stages like Battlefield. (By the way, I'd like to know your opinion on Lucas vs. Olimar and Ness vs. Olimar.)

As another note, Olimar doesn't win EVERY matchup, as he struggles against fighters who
1. are fast (Olimar is slow on the ground and in the air)
2. have high priority (Olimar's aerials have low priority),
3. have reflectors (Pikmin are considered projectiles in SSB4, so they can be reflected), or
4. can generally take advantage of how he relies a lot on Pikmin for his attacks (jab, dash attack, air, and tilts are Olimar's only attacks that don't use Pikmin)
Olimar/Alph Wins This Matched Up And Also Every Matched Up Because He Can Infinetaly Throw His Pikmin And A Good Olimar/Alph Player Can Keep Any Opponent Away No Matter How Skilled They Are (Even Zer0 In My Opinion).
