Lucas Wins This Matchup Because His Projectile Is Faster Then Clouds And He Can Keep Him Out With His Airieal Grab And He Has Better Combos Then Cloud. He Can Also Kill Him Off The Stage Very Easy Because Clouds Upwards Special Is Bad And He Gets Hit By Lucas's PK Freeze Easy. Then Lucas Can Upwards Smashed Him.

Blade Beam gets absorbed by PSI Magnet, but the problem here is that Cloud, like in the Ness matchup, will usually dominate Lucas in the neutral. But what do I know about this matchup? These videos do:
