This matchup is almost unwinable for jiggs cuz even if the rest is very dangerous, it's easily punishable and cloud's limit has about as much kill power as the rest and is not (or barely) possible to punish.
The only way to kill cloud is to keep him offstage without his limit so he won't have enough recovery options.
