These are my two mains, so writing this one is tricky. I personally think this is 50-50.
The big issue that Lucas has is the fact that his usual slippery-ness can be outdone by good use of egg toss. However, one the opposite side, moves such as roll up are completely useless against Lucas. Lucas also has his air combo game hurt by Yoshi's nair. However, a good spaced Lucas who has mastered the offstage PK fire/thunder can rack up significant damage on Yoshi, but at the same time a good egg toss can cancel both by covering Yoshi's recovery. Really for this one it's gonna come down to playstyle - the Lucas player needs to not over-exert his presence and the Yoshi player needs to respect Lucas's fsmash/dsmash as well as almost equal grab range (though Lucas can recover faster) and 1 frame faster jab speed.
