I obviously think Lucas is overrated. Kirby is stronger, faster, better recovery and smaller. Small fighters can duck under lots of moves, which is something Kirby is good at.

That is true, but Lucas combos Kirby harder and has a better projectile(s), plus he can mix his recovery up with Rope Snake (and space Kirby out with it). Plus, PK Fire is a somewhat low projectile that can often lead to a neutral stalemate; Kirby just ducks under it, while it pushes Lucas back and thus makes up a bit for its cool down lag. Lucas also has more disjointed moves and better kill confirms than Kirby does, so I would say 4/6.
