It's Fox now, but Mewtwo is definitely IMO up there, since even though its size makes it perfect to combo (along with its light weight), it has great options like neutral air for blocking Pikmin, a great approach, plus Shadow Balls to counter Pikmin camping. Many of the top Mewtwo and Olimar mains share this opinion.
