Mewtwo has many moves that are defensive against jigglypuff, for example if they use roll out you have enough time to use confusion and criple jiggs

Mewtwo's only major downside is it's lack of weight. Jigglypuff has a lack of weight, power, speed, and range. Rest has been severely nerfed since Melee, and Jigglypuff doesn't have disjointed hitboxes anymore.
