In my honest opinion, these two are equal in air attacks and special moves when it comes to tilts and standard I rather choose Robin's neutral A since you can use Elwind or Arcfire. Either way I think these two are equal it all comes down to skill.

Honestly between these two it could go either way. Both have a similar playstyle to them and with custom moves they both get much better. It depends on the player, however one thing to consider is Robin overall has more options but her options do run out unlike Zelda's moves.
