Robin vs. Sheik Super Smash Bros. 4 tiers, match-up votes and discussion

Robin wins pretty convincingly. Sheik has to try to space him out but once Robin gets inside theres nothing Sheik can really do. Not to mention how easy it is for Robin to get inside because of projectile spam.

Sheik wins this, but it is not that much of a deficit. Needle Storm defines Sheik's neutral, as Robin has no real counter against them and has to rely primarily on Arcfire to get in. That's also without mentioning Robin's horrible ground mobility, which makes it easy for Sheik to land a punish if Robin whiffs certain moves. Robin does have much better KO potential than Sheik (especially if the Levin Sword is preserved) and can make better use of projectiles, though the latter is certainly more situational. I'm still waiting for a 4BR matchup chart to confirm the suspicions I am having, but 4/6 would be my most likely vote (thus, I would argue that Sheik is the one who wins rather convincingly).
