Okay, so in multiple matches using Lady Palutena versus a villager, I had a very easy time reflecting most of his attacks. During The fight I found the best strategy was to keep moving when at close range and to stay still and watch your opponent at far distances. For instance, palutena has the ability to disappear when she dodges. I found her spot dodge really useful because when you use it, it's harder to predict what she will do afterwards. Which also means you could easily use your counter, smash or tilt with ease. If your good at it. During the fight, when I was farther away, I could watch for any type of projectile the villager might use. Which allowed me to reflect them at the right moment, or to counter them when I want to change it up.

As of right now (1.06)Villagers only clear answer against pretty lady Palutena is their forward air (amazing btw), but aside from that ariel pressure, the game is mostly a up hill match against pretty lady Palutena. The villager is simply unable to properly zone or throw out enough hazards to make Palutena worfry about anything, so Villager has to approach. This makes for a lot of jab and grab mixes against the villager. But if the villager stays patient grabs and uses forward air the fight can still be won. Put full on pressure is not something villager is really know for :/
