Palutena vs. Rosalina Super Smash Bros. 4 tiers, match-up votes and discussion

I strongly believe that if Palutena was given a centurion And her moves were a bit faster, she would probably be even matched with Scrubalina (if that offended people I apologize, I don't like rosalina at all as a fighter or character). But really palutena has a better move set in general if you think about it. Her recovery allows her to go straight up, where I've never seen rosalina do that. Palutena has a counter, and a reflective shield. Her projectiles are pretty much useless against rosy since her down B eats it up. although I'm all aboard the Lady Palutena Express, I sadly am forced to give Rosalina credit over palutena. But if you have experience with both or a ton of experience with palutena then you battle should be pretty evenly matched
