I really think Ness is actually quite strong against Sonic. If you are fighting a Sonic that loves his Side B, you can PK Fire him at the right time and interrupt the potential for a combo. There are some other things that also make him stronger against him, but that one that I mentioned is pretty much a stopper to all of Sonic's strongest combos.

Pretty much. You can also nair him out of a spin dash.
