Game & Watch is much better in this matchup, and in fact is probably the best counterpick for Robin. All of Robin's projectiles are energy-based, meaning that G&W can easily use his bucket to completely negate most of Robin's useful options and then give him a taste of his own medicine. The only place G&W needs to watch out for is Robin's Levin Sword, which can kill him easily as he is very light.
