Metaknight has the fastest roll in the game so ofcourse he beats Sheik. He can just roll around Sheik as she tries to use bouncing fish and grenades and then he can just grab her all day and up b. This is Sheiks worst match up

Meta Knight is fairly light, making it difficult for Sheik to capitalise with combos, strings, and her weak, limited killmoves. On the other hand, Sheik is a fast faller, making her especially susceptible to Meta Knight's up air to up B strings. I'd say Meta Knight would win seven out of ten matchups against Sheik.
