Mega Man vs. Rosalina Super Smash Bros. 4 tiers, match-up votes and discussion

This matchup is really bad for mega man because rosalina has an answer for everything Mega Man does ( with the exception of down tilt). Rosalina can easily combo Mega Man and because of rosalinas aerial range mega man cant use DI (directional influence) quick enough. Mega Man also has very limited options while edge guarding Rosalina and the only move that comes in handy is his side smash. But it is still possible to take Rosalina down.Since she is a floaty character Mega Mans up air works really well in this matchup and can K.O. her at around 70% Mega Mans dash attack works well because it spaces Rosalina and can set up some nice B moves.Some of his aerials are good for displacing Luma overall this is mostly just a bad and one sided matchup.

^ I don't know what this dude is talking about, but Megaman's Sidesmash won't do anything to a Rosalina player who can properly time her gravity pull. In fact, NONE of Megaman's projectiles stand up to that one move.

The best thing Megaman has going in this fight is that Crash Bomber explodes IMMEDIATELY when it hits a Luma, which can also cause splash damage to Rosalina if she's closeby. Other than that, I'd give Rosalina an edge because Luma blocks lemons and side smash, and again, Rosalina has the best move for dealing with projectiles in the entire game with her gravity pull.... and 8 of Megaman's attacks are projectiles (neutral A, Forward Tilt, Forward Smash, Neutral Air, Down Air, Up Air, Neutral B and Forward B), leaving him with only 6 attacks that are NOT projectiles.
