After the 1.1.5 patch I think its safe to say its an even match for these two. Feel free to disagree

I think Lucina comes closer, because Marth is the type of character that prefers to space people out and have a large personal space. Marth is ideal against characters like Mario or Wario who have poor range. Since Sheik can either zone with needles or swiftly get up in Marth's face (thereby limiting his spacing options), Marth struggles more against Sheik than Lucina does.
