Lucina has a sword AND she has counter so Lil' Mac cannot get in like EVER. If he's able to get in it will be a LONG TIME before he gets his next hit. Mac's Counter is something to consider as well but it doesn't outweigh Lucina's range and mobility.

You also neglected to mention Lucina's superb edgeguarding tools which easily wall out mac's awful recovery making me give this matchup 7-3 in lucina's favor.
-a lucina main with experience in many matchups
