Fox's neutral in this matchup is significantly better than Mega Man's; Reflector requires Mega Man to get more baits and reads (against his play style), while Blaster allows Fox to get damage in from afar. Mega Man is slower on the ground than Fox, which further inhibits his approach, and his weight and fall speed make him easy to juggle. Mains of both characters agree that this matchup is decisively in Fox's favor, if not outright the worst matchup for Mega Man. People really need to start looking at characters' attributes and play styles before they vote on matchups, because there is no way that this matchup is overall even.
