Very good question. People think that Kirby's 0-74 combos and offstage down air in this matchup are balanced out by Kirby's poor approach options and vulnerability to early KOs (Fox's up smash). But even Larry Lurr says that Kirby is +1 in this matchup (like it was in Brawl).
