Although Falco can reflect Toon Link's projectiles, the neutral isn't as much in his favor as it seems it would since Blaster now has less versatility than Toon Link's projectiles. Toon Link combos Falco harder, and has better kill confirms (mainly out of Bomb, such as forward air). As such, I would put this matchup at 4/6 given the current meta game.
