I think MK has a pretty good match up against Doc. If MK manages to get Doc off stage, MK can use his amazing gimping abilty to KO Doc earlier than expected.

This matchup is pretty even, since Dr. Mario is easier to edge guard and has worse combos against Meta Knight compared to Mario, but MK still struggles with Megavitamins and not being able to outspeed and outrange effectively like in Brawl. Ironically, in my opinion, this is a matchup where you'd be better off going Ganondorf.
