Ness struggles against Dark Pit, but not as much as against Pit. DP is a little better than Ness in the neutral when using his aerials or his dash attack. His throws lead into combos upwards to about 60% - 80% depending on rage. Never get thrown off the stage if you can avoid it. His edge guarding is almost as dangerous as Rosalina's if he uses The Guardian Orbiters. You'll have to mix up your recoveries as Ness. Learn every recovery angle! Don't forget if you bounce off a wall with PKT you can use it again in quick succession. Since the Electroarm buff, DPs love using it as a kill move. Be waiting for it and wait to see which side of you he is on before punishing, or just nair.lol One of the best parts of this MU for Ness is that DP has a very linear recovery and can be exploited. It's tricky because of his many double jumps (four, I think) but save your double jump for after you go down and punish him. Also, dsmash at the ledge is particularly effective. One more thing, his arrows aren't as effective as Pit's, so expect less of those.
