Mega Man IMO goes even against both Pits, like how Falco and Pit went even in SSBB. They both have reflectors to prevent the other from camping them out, so the neutral is almost a complete stalemate for them. The same logic applies here and for the other Pit. Dark Pit does better than Pit in a few matchups, but Mega Man isn't one of them.
