Robin's projectiles can be blocked very effectively if you have decent shield reflexes. Plus, they have limited uses, so...

Can anyone explain why people give Robin such a poor match up against Captain? I understand that's he's quick and a lot of Robin's moves are slow, but I've found that Robin's projectiles often easily trump Captain's moves.
