Was already strongly in Balrog's favor in season 3. Season 4 saw nerfs to everything Guile uses in this matchup. Long story short, this is like a 7-3 in Balrog's favor.

Wrong , this is in Guile's favour , balrog received nerfs as well , and its not like guile cannot exert the same pressure with his plus booms . If you turtle with Guile you'll lose it all depends on how you play
