How is this in favor for Decrapre?
She can't safely pressure her footsies into daggers because of kara l.SPD will always grab her. All her "mix-ups" are SPDable or worse even if they're done meaty. Her normal reversal trades and sometimes just gets flat out beaten with Meaty H.clap and if her reversal is blocked she gets punished for a easy 450.
Other way around, she can't pressure on Hugo's if he has 1 bar because of EX SPD, Armor cancel SPD, Armor Cancel BB and EX BB. Her only armor breaker can get SPD on block and her cross-up isn't good enough to blow up the armor cancels. She easily gets outfootsied by cr.mp, Cr.mk, st,HK and st.lk.
The only thing she can do without getting too close is st.HK
