I've only got limited experience in this mup but Decapre is less safe than I had thought, and Hawk has good reach on his normals and faster specials which can punish teleport attempts quite easily.

She is safe, but his grapple has extended range, plus he is faster...its quite difficult to press on him without being punished. Capcom should just give him a gun already...
