Thus far, it seems as though Gouken can deal with Rolento as long as he is patient. When Rolento jumps on his pogo, I find neutral jump fierce punch works very well. Rolento's lack of defensive options mean Gouken should go in hard once he finds an opening.

Rolento only wins when Gouken gets overzealous with fireballs or attempts to go in too obviously. Be patient and wait for your opening.
