From Dudley's perspective, it's not at all unwinnable, but it sure isn't fun if you're not the one with the momentum.

To voting or this one seems weird for me. I'd say at least 6-4 Dudley from my experience. He can just counterpoke all day with st hk buffered into mgu for great damage, and in the case of ex mgu also insanely good wakeup situation afterwards. He also has a good anti air normal to keep Gen off him.
