I hardly believe that this matchup is a 5-5. A competent Braixen will keep Machamp out for a huge amount of time. A competent Machamp can CADC Braixen's multi-fireball projectiles in duel phase but is totally outclassed in Field phase without a strong jumping attack read. Machamp's jumping attack is also beaten by Braixen's counter.

Braixen's broom also beats any of Machamps aerials in duel phase. This matchup comes down for Machamp correctly moving through projectiles and playing the Rock-Paper-Scissors game correctly.

This match up is a 9-1 in Braixen's favour. if I could give a 9.5-0.5 I would. Braixen DOMINATES practically every character in field phase anyways, and Machamp is very below average in Field. Every match starts off in field phase so Braixen starts off in an advantageous position.

To 'get in' with Machamp you have to CADC all of Braixen's projectiles (which she can spam all day long and not get punished - similar to how Guile's sonic-boom in SFIV was difficult to counter because of the speed)
And that's just the light attack fireballs that Braixen throws out. The aerial one's completely check machamp from just jumping up and over to try and gain a bit of ground, and if all else fails, a sneaky Fire blast will push you straight back to where you started.

The only reason this isn't a 10-0 matchup is because of the Magikarp Festival stage. Machamp doesn't have as much ground to cover when you are forced to CADC literally everything perfectly.
