btw, when I said she can counter Shatter, I meant SHADOW Shatter, not the unblockable. I'm sorry. T_T

This matchup can go either way. Both characters have the tools to fight each other. Glacius's Hail is a good tool to keep her Counters and escape options in check, standing medium punch is a good punish and a good neutral game tool, his air normals are very good in air-to-air situations, etc. On the other hand, Hisako can COUNTER HIS SHATTER (!!!!!!!), close the distance very well with her dash/her teleport, pressure him free with Air On Ryo Zan, etc.
It all comes down to the players and what playstyle prevails. 5-5 imo
