Speed > Power is the motto for this match but that doesn't mean it will work everytime. A simple mistake from Chipp can throw the match for him. Potemkim has good anti-air options but they require good reads against Chipp. You mostly want to use his Hammer Fall into his RC or YRC to flesh out his armor. Heat Knuckle is good if the opponent tends to jump but this is a situational disadvantage if not against a wall since it blows the opponent back especially with Heat Extend. This is a bad option against Chipp since you need him close to keep him on check.

Chipp just needs to worry about careless teleports and jumping or running into armor property moves or YRCs. Since Chipp has the lowest health and Pot's normals ad Bnbs cause a lot of damage, this is to be avoided at all costs.
