I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure Rewind isn't Ninjakilla unless Rewind is playing on Ninjakilla's account. Ninjakilla has the best Liu Kang I've ever seen in MKX and MK11.

Ahh I believe you for Go1 then at least. The others feel like its too much of a coincidence for it to be like that.

One twitter response says the characters aren't ordered and it makes sense since when you make the tier list the last characters in the list are Saber and Warc. So they're not placed there because they're the worst but because thats just the order they're placed.
