Her mobility is much better and he can't really stop her from super jumping into her photon absorber. Also once she gets photon absorber up, that free armor plus her mobility and + on block blitz blow. She can just ignore half his entire kit and hit him for 6k easy. I main captain marvel not cap America so this is just one perspective, but I haven't had any major problems vs him.
