its not SO bad, 6-4 isnt. The problem in that matchup is Ibuki C.MP os neckbreaker which shut down considerably Rose footsies. Her C.MP isn't whiff punishable at all, and the hitbox is huge and have a lot of priority. To try to poke Ibuki isnt a good reward at all as a neckbreaker into KD into vortex aka into a possible death because Rose tried to St HK ibuki. So Ibuki is very difficult ...

Makoto can EX otoshi if i'm not wrong, still a guess though. But yeah ST MK is the good stuff in that matchup. But the opposite can be said on Rose wakeup as well isn't it :) ? Makoto have way more stuff to kill Rose on her wakeup than the opposite!
