Kim Kaphwan gameplay reveal trailer released for The King of Fighters 15
It's been a minute since fans could get excited for some new King of Fighters new, and there's a big one that's dropped tonight.
SNK has just released the gameplay reveal trailer for fan-favorite Kim Kaphwan for The King of Fighters 15 to showcase what the next character has learned from his time training since the last game.
If you're a resident enjoyer of flip kicks and Kim's battle cry, there's probably going to be a lot to love in the trailer, and he's got more than just a new look going for him.
For those who prefer Kim's classic attire though, you're in luck too, as SNK will also be including his traditional costume as an extra bonus with the character when he releases this Spring.
From the sounds of the bits of cutscene included in the trailer, it seem that Kim has been off training with his master and teammate from the last game Gang-Il, and he absolutely hates it and wants out.
With the arrival of Kim, SNK is also going to provide an update to KOF15's DJ Station as well to add in a collection of 8 more staff roll songs from previous titles including King of Fighters R-1, Maximum Impact 1, 2, and 4, Neowave, '98 Ultimate Match and 2002 Unlimited Match
Although no release date was provided for Kim's actual release, players will have an early chance to play him coming up very shortly at Evo Japan 2023, and since we've already seen Kaphwan in action, perhaps we'll get to see our first glimpse at Najd and / or Sylvie Paula Paula at the event too.
