Street Fighter 6 Legacy Showdown results

Street Fighter 6 is the culmination of 35+ years of fighting games as we know them, and we've got an event going on to celebrate that from across the FGC and multiple generations of players.
Twitch Rivals and Maximilian are hosting the Street Fighter 6 Legacy Showdown featuring 40 top players from Street Fighters old and new as well as other fighting games including Punk, EG|SonicFox, LU|Alex Valle, Justin Wong, XSET|iDom, Diaphone, Brian_F, NuckleDu, Snake Eyez, END|Shine, Bandits|MenaRD, Rip, Tasty Steve, Automattock, Alex Myers, JB, Wolfgang, ElChakotay, LI Joe, 801Strider, Nephew, Justakid, RR|Mono, IFC|YipeS and more.
This is a team based tournament with 8 teams and 5 members each with the team captains Justin Wong, Brian_F, Alex Myers, Automattock, Alex Valle, SonicFox, Diaphone and Rip all filling out their members from players based loosely on past fighting games / sub-genres.
The action is split up between two days, June 7 and 8, with day 1 splitting the teams into two groups performing round robin matches where the top 2 teams will advance to the finals of each.
Day 2 will consist of a single-elimination bracket of the top 4 teams to determine
The total prize pool for the event is a whopping $50,000 with $18,000 of that dedicated to the round robin performances.
Streaming is being mainly handled by the Twitch Rivals account though every player will be live on their own streams as well, which can be found here.
