Awesome new Sakura mod released for Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 with Spider-Man's Carnage dropping in a few days as well
It's been almost exactly 1 year since Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3's modding community unlocked the infinite possibilities brought forth from the ability to finally import custom models into the game, and they're still going nuts with it now.
One such member in CaliKingz01 recently released a slick new Sakura mod for UMvC3 and is planning on dropping Spider-Man's Carnage as well in just a few days.
This version of Sakura appears to be a powered up mixture of the Shoto's Street Fighter 4 and Marvel vs. Capcom 2 incarnations with a Focus Attack, her old running charge and tons of spin kicks.
It even looks like CaliKingz01 went through the trouble of getting all of her MvC2 Hyper Combos into the mod too including Sakura's Raging Demon-like combo.
As for Carnage, Thus far we've only gotten to see a snippet of his mod gameplay, but he's looking about as crazy as you'd hope as some sort of mixture of Jedah, Venom, Spider-Man and other characters with the ability to use his claws and tendrils as brutal weapons.

CaliKingz01 is planning to release Carnage this Thursday, January 5, and those interested in even crazier Marvel action can check out the XFactory Palette Swap tournament using these custom characters on the same day.
