King of Fighters 15's official release date is fast approaching and the company behind it, SNK, continues to share information and new looks at the upcoming title leading up to its launch.

Over the weekend, SNK Global's official Twitter account shared a quick look at the idle and victory animations for one of the most recently fully-revealed teams in the game: Team Krohnen. Let's have a look at these special animations for Kula Diamond, Krohnen himself, and Angel.

In fighting games, idle animations are rarely seen in actual matches because they require the player (and the character) to stand completely still to activate. Sometimes these poses even need a handful of seconds to come out, which makes it very tough to ever see them in a real competitive bout.

For Angel and Krohnen in KOF15, the idle animations are fairly static in they just see both standing at the ready for combat — albeit Krohnen looks fairly bored. Kula's takes it a step further as after a few seconds she'll let out a big yawn letting the opponent know she's actually bored.

Angel's victory animation sees her point at the opponent, then reel back looking quite proud of her win. Kula goes more of a respectful route by bowing, and Krohnen just kind of shrugs it off as if it's just another day at the office.

King of Fighters 15 is slated for a February 17 release.
