Kula Diamond announced for King of Fighters 15
Another character joins the King of Fighters 15 cast. Tonight, SNK has revealed that Kula Diamond will be part of the game's launch roster.
The company released a full gameplay trailer for the icy combatant that highlights much of what she's capable of in this iteration of the franchise.
Within her gameplay showcase, we see many of the moves we know and love Kula for. Her ice-filled uppercut, slide, and frosty breath are still intact here, so fans of past versions should be able to jump right in and hit the ground running (or ice skating, rather).
Kula also comes equipped with some new techniques for the 15th game in the main line of King of Fighters titles. This time around, she can summon snowmen from up above that fall down onto the opponent and look to be used for zoning purposes.
Here in KOF15, Kula joins Team Krohnen, which consists of Angel, newcomer Krohnen, and Kula.
We can't say that Kula's inclusion in King of Fighters 15 comes as a complete surprise as the fighter was leaked via some official in-game screenshots that surfaced last month. Kula could be seen on a giant monitor in the background of one of the stages, and said monitor appears to only feature fighters who are in the battle at the time, which pretty much proved the frozen fighter would be making the cut this time around.

King of Fighters 15 is expected to see a February 17, 2022 release on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, and PC.
