Street Fighter 6 Director showcases awesome photos of figurines for Luke and Kimberly
Takayuki Nakayama, Director for Street Fighter 6, recently took to Twitter to share some interesting photos. Within these photos, we can see some awesome figurines for both Luke and Kimberly, two characters that will be playable in Street Fighter 6.
The figurine of Luke depicts the character based on how he appears in Street Fighter 6 rather than Street Fighter 5. One of the dead giveaways of this is that Luke's face is scarred up.
As of right now, it's not really known why Luke's face features a few scars since we last saw him in Street Fighter 5, but it's widely suspected that it's because of his decision to take his fight to the streets. Funnily enough, not too many characters in the Street Fighter series develop scars like this despite their lifestyle choices — though the story on how Sagat got his scar should be well known to Street Fighter fans by this point.
Takayuki Nakayama also showcases a figurine of the newcomer known as Kimberly. It's said that Kimberly is a prodigy that graduated college early. Since then, she has chosen to learn Bushinryu under the tutelage of Guy, though she was initially uninvited by Guy.
On the figurine itself, it can be observed that the ends of Kimberly's braids are colored light blue. This is a pretty big clue that indicates how Kimberly uses spray paint cans for the purposes of graffiti and even fighting.
