Street Fighter 6's Guile, Kimberly, and Juri to be playable at Tokyo Game Show 2022, brand new trailer slated for the show
Tokyo Game Show 2022 is gearing up to be a major event for Street Fighter 6. Capcom is pulling out all the stops for the upcoming video game expo, taking place on September 15 - 18, and we now know even more about their plans and what to expect.
New details regarding what Capcom will be bringing to the show have been unveiled this morning, and the festivities will include a brand new playable demo for those in attendance. For the first time, Street Fighter 6's Guile, Kimberly, and Juri will be playable to the public.
The official Japanese Street Fighter Twitter account sent out a tweet today announcing that a new demo will be on the show floor. It is set to feature all seven of the currently announced fighters: Ryu, Chun-Li, Luke, Jamie, Guile, Kimberly, and Juri.
On top of seeing the latter three fighters in real matches for the first time, Capcom has also confirmed that there will be a brand new trailer shown during the expo.

Previously, we learned that Capcom will have two days of presentations for Tokyo Game Show 2022's online portion. Firstly, we'll be seeing the TGS2022 Capcom Online Program on Thursday, September 15 at 7 a.m. PT, which was noted to include the latest news from the company in a pre-recorded stream.
Capcom has gone further in saying that a brand new Street Fighter 6 trailer will be shown during this broadcast. Here is the official description of Street Fighter 6's segment:
"Watch a brand new trailer and find out about the characters featured in the game, as well as the new World Tour and Battle Hub modes."
The following day, Capcom will hold its TGS2022 Street Fighter 6 Special Program at 8 a.m. PT, which will see Street Fighter 6 Producer Shuhei Matsumoto, Director Takayuki Nakayama, and Art Director Kaname Fujioka sit down to provide more information to viewers. During this presentation, fans can expect to see more of the World Tour and Fighting Grounds modes.
"Get a taste of the Fighting Grounds and World Tour modes with a real-time gameplay demo, along with an introduction to the vision and visuals of the world of Street Fighter 6," reads the official Capcom Games website. "Don't miss it!"According to Capcom, each of these programs is expected to run for about 50 minutes. It is clear that the company is ramping up to make TGS2022 the next big information blowout for Street Fighter 6.
The last big announcement for Street Fighter 6 took place at Evo 2022 earlier this month where newcomer Kimberly and returning world warrior Juri were unveiled. Kimberly is a spunky student of Bushinryu who loves spray paint and graffiti, while Juri comes back to the stage with more wickedness than ever.
We don't know for sure if Capcom will be revealing the next fighter at Tokyo Game Show 2022, but considering a new trailer is going to be shown then, it's fair to say that there's a very good chance of that happening.
